Returns
If Recipient is not 100% satisfied, Recipient can return any item within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund of payment, Certificate credit for payments by Certificate, or item(s) of equal value.

Due to the "Cost" based value offered to Recipients, a restocking fee of 5 percent of the "You pay only Price, S&H:" cost will be applied for returns not resulting from product defects.

Exchanges
Due to the "Cost" based value offered to Recipients, a restocking fee of 5 percent of the "You pay only Price, S&H:" cost plus the cost of delivery will be applied for exchanges not resulting from product defects.

Returned and Exchanged Items MUST be unused and in Original Packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges MUST be sent to our Returns Center along with a copy of your Order Pick Ticket. Indicate on your Pick Ticket what you are returning or what you want replaced. You MUST include your Order Number.
